Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during:

  • or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Availability

At this time, VYRAL Supplements ships exclusively within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

VYRAL Supplements is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

VYRAL Supplements is not responsible for:

  • lost packages marked as delivered,
  • stolen packages,
  • or carrier-related delivery issues after shipment.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or household members
  2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  3. Waiting up to 24 hours for final delivery updates

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the damaged product,
  • and photos of the packaging.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement shipment.
