Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of:
    • The product damage
    • The product packaging
    • Shipping label (if applicable)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a replacement shipment will be processed promptly.


Returns

Due to health, safety, and quality-control standards for consumable products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Consumable supplements
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Flavor preferences
  • Change-of-mind purchases

For safety reasons, returned supplement products cannot be restocked or resold.


Refund Policy

VYRAL Supplements does not offer refunds on delivered products unless:

  • The item arrived severely damaged
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product arrived defective

Approved issues are typically resolved through a replacement shipment rather than a monetary refund.
