How long does order processing and shipping take?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it within 1–2 business days. After fulfillment, orders are shipped using standard delivery services within the United States.
Most customers receive their package within 2–5 business days depending on location. During peak seasons or promotional periods, shipping may take slightly longer.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. This allows us to maintain faster delivery times, better quality control, and more reliable shipping rates.
However, we are actively working on expanding internationally and plan to offer worldwide shipping in the future. Updates will be announced on our website and social channels.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before they enter processing.

This ensures all customers receive products that are fresh, sealed, and safe. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will always replace it at no cost.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that — quality and customer satisfaction are very important to us.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item. Once verified, we will immediately send a replacement free of charge.
Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.
However, if there is an issue with your order such as damage, missing items, or shipping errors, we will always resolve it with a replacement or appropriate solution.
